In April 2011 I travelled on Mango Airlines and when i went to receive my bag, i noticed that the handle had been broken and went to report it. That was the biggest mistake i could have made and thereafter i have been through with Mango staff. I spoke to Imraan and he asked me to bring in my bag. I then dropped off my bag at the counter. Whenever i went to the airport which was very regularly i checked up on my bag and on numerous occasions i have been to by the staff of Mango in durban and jhb (Imraan. Pranell, Joshua, Zailudeen, Godfrey, Thando, Mfu... the list can go on) Thando even made me send a photo of the bag. All of them promised to track down my bag and give me feedback or a replacement but up until today i have not heard from the staff it seems as if as soon as i leave the counter or they hang up the phone they forget all about me. All i needed was for them to be honest with me. Mango staff has been negilent with my case and due to that i was told that my bag has been lost and cant be found. I have been waiting for almost two years and still been given the run around.
Mango Airlines after service is pathetic and unprofessional. I have been and still been treated unfairly
