Passangers left behind, arrived late at destination

On The 10th February 2013 i took InterCape from Johannesburg to Pietermaritzburg. Bus left on time at 8:30am. When we were approaching Villiers on N3, the bus turned back and no announcement was made as to why. Halfway back the attendant in the bus came and said the driver forgot to collect passengers at Heidelburg. We lost 1 hour 30 minutes of our travel time. We were told the driver is a learner and the main driver fell asleep. That was the worst excuse they could up with. The bus kept slowing down on our way and it was same routine till i got to PMB. At some point other passengers kept asking if we will reach our destination and if the bus was roadworthy. I had people to collect me, i was late and they therefore had to leave me behind and i was forced to take Meter Taxi which only got me to the destination but could cover me for the time and lessons i missed. I'm now forced to back to Pietermaritzburg as i could not cover everything that i need to go study because of the bus being very late to get to my destination. How will i be re-imbursed?
