Good to see good service still exists

This is the first time I have decided to use a bus service to travel and I chose City to City because of the pricing and easy to use website and booking facilities. I had many questions as to where I would board and what the procedure is as it would be my first time using this type of travel. I phone at around quarter to ten in the evening and was greeted by a woman named Brenda, I didn't expect someone to answer this late and especially be in such a positive mood as well, she answered all my queries without making me feel stupid and was extremely helpful.
