I bought 3 tickets weeks ago for my kids to travel today. Since one of them is ill, I changed my booking this morning for them to travel on Monday instead. Translux are charging 10% extra plus VAT for the change in booking. How can you penalise customers like that? Translux had the entire day to sell the tickets and most probably have already.
