Ripped off

We paid for a guided hike which was not delivered. Drakensberg Ventures without consultation with or authorisation by us made changes to the trip we had booked. No guide was provided, the accommodation described in his correspondence did not match what we received and we did not see any of the waterfalls featured on his website. The lodge that accommodated us were not informed of our specific requirements and their rate for the 5 day stay was about one third of what we paid to this organisation. A total rip off and we felt that Nico Els completely misrepresented the package he agreed to supply.
