Cancelation Too late!

I had a booking form a lady form Botswana, for 2 nights (2 persons) One day before arrival! Very late indeed. Travelground guaranteed me that the booking is 100%. So I got the apartment ready for the two guests. In the meantime I had another booking, but could not honer this one, as it was already booked by Travel Ground!

On the day of arrival, I heard nothing all all. And around noon, I send a email to Travel ground. They didnot got the payment yet and were trying to get the client on the phone, but they said they couldnot phone, because it is a cell phone number from Botswana (??). So I waiting, waiting for the guest to arrive, but nobody! At around 16.00 hours I got a cancellation from Travel ground! Very odd. And not at all business like!
How can you do this, so I expect the get my 100% payment, as according my payments details, cancelation within 24 hours of arrival, for the 2 nights the guest did book. But no they do not want to do this. Very Unbusisness like. On this terms I cannot run my guesthouse Travel Ground! This is a real NO GO!
