I have signed a contract on the 17/03/2012, and was told all this amazing things like having a gold membership with RCI and thought this will be a good investment, upon this i was also told that i will received a welcome pack with all my details that i will require, which still have received as yet. i am not even getting statements from them, but i still pay every month on time as they debit me, there was just 1 month that i missed due to bank accounts being changed however that amount was paid for.
in this process on me changing my account, and missed a month they sent it to a debit collection agency to recover the amount which has been paid in full. i have on many occasions emailed, called, faxed documents for my query to them at customer service, and up until day i still have no idea what is going on with this account, and where i stand as a customer. if a little thing like becoming a new client is a problem, i can't imagine if i want to book for a holiday and how long will that take.

I am VERY, VERY UNHAPPY as a client, and will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
