Terrible state of shades

After we had to park in the shaded area for more than a week during December, I wrote to the ACSA complaints department, with still no response.

The state of the shaded parking area is terrible, many of the parkings do not have any shading at all, others are torn. Yet you have to pay quite a hefty daily fee to park here. How can you even think of letting a customer pay if they are only paying to park their car in the sun? The money you make out of the parking is exorbitant, surely you have money to put up new shading. Otherwise, don't let us pay to park here.
