Left my mom @ Umtata!!! instead of Tsolo

I am so unhappy and furious with the lack of service for Translux!!! I booked the bus for my old lady Jozi to Tsolo Ticket number KLV071 and my mother was disrespected by your nasty and arrogant! Bus drivers to disrespect my mother (65) not to get to Tsolo as agreement with the contract of bus ticket! Now my mother had to make alternatives arrangements for transport to Tsolo from Mtata!! What kind of service is and shocking! This is so unacceptable and I demand a good will credit of nonsense which accumulated unplanned expenses due to lack of internal communication!
