I called Translux on 31/01/2014 complaining about the bus that drove pass my elderly mother on the evening on the 30/01/2014 in Aliwal North coming to Jhb late at night.
My mother had to call someone from Aliwal North to fetch her that time of the night, when i called to complain the consultant told me to email my complaint and i told him i dont have the ref no of the bus ticket he needs to call my mother. He called her for the no and promised he will call her back but no feedback was given. i called him today again and send a copy of the ticket throught to him and his manager still no feedback was given and they were not helpful. i want a refund
how can we get service.
