2 Emails have been sent to [Email Removed] with a HUGE complaint (too many characters) and I have NOT had ANY feedback from this company.

In short, Greyhound doesn't contact their clients back when there is a problem.

1. I wanted a seat number changed from B to A and I get told "i don't know how to do that"???
2. The bus was late on BOTH my trips, and we received a sms notifying us the bus is late 5 hours LATER?
3. We were told to get off the bus and assemble to get on to another bus in JHB that will take us to Midrand / PTA and the driver is the MOST arrogant person I've ever encountered. No NAME TAG. A lady asks him to stop as her husband is not on the bus yet, and he gives her attitude and says "Why must I, go look in the bus he is on board" HOW CAN HE SAY THAT TO A CLIENT WHEN HE DOESN'T EVEN CHECK IF EVERYONE HAS BOARDED THAT BUS. When he did stop a further 9 people boarded that bus

I've requested that Greyhound MANAGEMENT contact me by 12PM, TODAY and that was ignored. The next step is Carte Blanche, Newspapers or Fokus.
