I booked a bus to travel from JHB to QTN for 07 December 2012 I then cancelled trip in advance. Greyhound advised me that they do not offer refunds to their customers, rather they give them vouchers and u can use the voucher for travel within 6 months from the date of cancellation. I called them today because i wanted to reedem the voucher, they are telling they cant they have to deduct the money first from my card an d then reverse it... I am sorry but i have closed the account linked to the card that i used to book the bus last... so what now? the consultant is telling me to do an EFT... I am sorry I cannot do that either because this was not communicated to me... can you please do a booking for me with the cancellation voucher... this is just not acceptable
