I travelled to Cape Town in December from Bloemfontein to Cape Town. 1st Booking a ticket on Greyhound leaves you with the idea of travelling on a Greyhound. They politely send an sms the morning of your travels to tell you, you will be travelling on a Mega Coach bus. Its the same drivers just a different bus. For one if a client books and pays for a certain service - ENSURE THIS SERVICE!! After a fight and assuring a spot on a Greyhound for my journey, the driver of the bus refuses to take my bag out of the trailer when I wanted to disembark in Belville? Seriously? what is that? On my return journey I had no choice but to get on to the Mega coach. The drivers and the hostess had loud conversations and loud music in the middle of the night. I know the Driver needs to stay alert but put some earphones in your ears then.

I wanted to cancel my whole booking but was told they do not do cash refunds they can give me a voucher for different travel dates based on the distance of my origanal booking. What is that? Who in their right mind can refuse a consumer a refund when they know they are in the wrong? This is POOR POOR POOR!!! Never again!
