Stay away from this bus company

I booked with them for a friend to go to JHB urgently and on the day they were the only ticket available. I asked if it is a comfortable bus with faclities and was told YES. The bus was dirty and had no toilet (for a trip from CT to JHB!!!) and broke down in Laingsburg. My friend was stuck next to the road for hours with no faclities and no safety. She arrived five hours late in JHB to very worried friends who could not get hold of her because there was never an option created to charge cell phones. I have emailed their customer care, but has had no response. Their advertising of safe and comfortable travel for your money is FALSE and a breach of contract.
