Translux Bus staff have the worst customer service

I can't believe I was such a fool to book a translux bus again after having been dissapointed in the past. On the 04th of January 2012 I laid a complaint against a Translux staff member on their customer services. I never received a response. A few days ago I decided to give them a second chance hoping things would be different but unfortunately the outcome was the same. I will never ever use their busses again whether for myself or for any of my relatives. I booked my cousin on an 08:45 bus from Johannesburg to Malelane for Monday the 25th of November 2013. My cousin was travelling from Cape Town to Johannesburg and their bus was running late by almost two hours. At 08:15 my cousin told me they had just driven passed Naturena, which is about 20 minutes away from the Park station and if the road conditions were good he would arrive on time. To be on the safe side I called Translux customer care trying to find out if they could make provisions, he dismissied me without even understanding my request and did not even want to tell me if the Johannesburg bus was still on schedule. He never even asked for my cousin's name. I hate Translux and I hope no professional use their busses..
