Mango lying staff!!!

We checked in at or thambo int on the 2 feb 2013 the lady who checked us in told us we are allowed 4 suitcase of 20kg each so myself and my husband went and bought 2 extra suitcases so the weight of the bags can less than 20kg each. When we checked in at king shaka @ durban the lady told us we are not allowed to do it like that so we had to pay an extra R580 I think its riddiculous for 1 person to say the one thing and the other something else!!! We will never make use of this unproffesional and lying airline again!!! Pooor service!!!
