Feeling Humiliated by ridiculous over weight

Me Ilana and My husband Lobel Hyman Trevor - Went on Kulula CT to JHB on Thursday flight 104 W 29 AUG 14.35
Each of us was allowed 20 KG - We managed to pack everything into one suitcase. We got to the check in counter to be met by not a friendly Face, The lady weighed our ONE Suitcase - and said we are OVER WEIGHT - and we have to PAY R250 or go and buy new luggage and put it in 2 suitcases, as we are ONLY ALLOWED to HAVE 20KG in ONE piece of luggage. Please NOTE we were 2 people aloud 40 KG between us. - WE were shocked! We asked her How much over weight?? She replied it is 22 Kg - Our ONE and ONLY suitcase weighed 22Kg. We could not believe it and tried to explain to her that we are 2 people - and we allowed 40kg and it is not possible that she is giving us such a ridiculous problem over 2 kilo. She insisted and didn't care. We had no choice but to open our suitcase - and took out a Pillow - and then our suitcase weighed 20.800gr and she was satisfied and said that 'is ok now' -!!! -
We were so UPSET, She made us take out this ridiculous pillow to carry with us which only weighed 1.200kgr (Ridiculous!) - Bad!! - hope to be compensated by feeling so humiliated - Tx
