I own a small hardware store in Cape Town, about a year ago I introduced DURAM products into my store, I have had at least 8 to 10 customers complaining about the failure of their products to do what they claim to do including my own experience. I have repeatedly brought this to the attention of their representative and all I get is excuses that the applications have been incorrect and on questioning some of my regular customers I have come across a similar attitude. My complaint does not stop there, I have caught the representative selling their product directly to a customer of mine who is not a company IN MY CAR PARK. I have a 30 day account with this company and their rep pushed a order on me on the 28th November 2012 instead of delivering on the 1st December and then demanding payment by ist January following a threat of lawyers after 28 working days after delivery and on two occasions the representative shouting at me in front of my customers, yet when i showed him their statement this week he could not believe it reflected 30- 60 days. Overall this company in my view needs new management and start getting in touch with consumers, I do not want their products in my business
