Kindly be advised that I am very upset as, my mum Judy Etty called in yesterday and spoke to one of your agents- named Vusi to request that the above flight be placed on hold, due to dad being admitted in today for an op.
This morning we called to advise vusi that my parents are still flying tonight. He advised us the flight were cancelled and we need to pay additional R2600 to book a new flight.
I did not state that I wanted to have this flight cancelled.
I have requested for my caller recording to be drawn and the consultant advises it cannot be.

This is poor service from your airline.
I demand that this matter be corrected, as I have already made 3 calls to the airline this morning and no one is able to assist me.
Should I not get this flight reinstated, I will be taking this to the Newspapers.
It is clear that I am not at fault as you cannot prove to me that this was my request because your airline cannot provide me with a caller recording.

All I am asking is for my flights to be reinstated today would no additional cost.
