Flight unilaterally canceled and booking changed

I was booked and confirmed on Flight MN503 from Lanseria to Durban on Wed 23 Jan at 18h25. I am attending a key strategic management conference in the Magaliesburg, that only finished at 15h30, with key management from around the country.
I received the following SMS from Kulula
"flight MN503 to DUR has been cancelled. We've moved you to MN595 at 14:40 on 23 Jan. Thank you"

That's it, a unilateral change to my flight, and I can never make the one I have been moved to.

I will now need to fly back the following morning, as they have cancelled their latest flight back

I expect them to put me on another airline back to Durban on the same day (even if from OR Tambo) or at the very least, cover the accommodation costs and cost of an additional days car hire if I can only get back the next day.

Who do Kulula think they are that they can unilaterally plan my life for me
