Unreliable and pathetic service

Kulula just do whatever they want. I had a booking on a flight to East London at 15:55 today. They emailed me this morning informing me that the flight schedule had been changed to 18:20. Then at 16:15 I received a call informing me that the flight was now leaving at 16:55. This meant that I could not be there on time as I had adjusted my arrangements to fit their initial change. I have now missed a very important meeting as they can only get me there tomorrow morning. They have cost me a great amount of inconvenience and financial loss! I am not impressed. This airline is pathetic and this will be the last time that I will make use of their poor @$$ services. I will certainly NOT recommend anyone book with them... They WILL leave you in the lurch and just cause you a huge headache. WORST AIRLINE in South Africa.
