Bad service, bus was late and was dirty inside and you seats are bad

Good Day,

I traveled with Eagle Liner and I'm really disappointed in your service and the conditions of your bus. They are dirty inside, and the seats are uncomfortable. I have to go and see a doctor because my daughter and I have leg pain and sore knees due to the way we had to sit on that bus. Eagle Liner should pay for my doctor's fee.

We had to pay full fees and sit like sardines in that hot bus with no air conditioning. The noise on the whole trip was unbearable, with music playing until 12 o'clock at night. Additionally, there were no toilets on the bus traveling from Cape Town to Pretoria. This is really bad. We are experiencing a lot of pain as we speak.
