Injuries due to bad driving

We were waiting on Strand street on the 28/02/2013 at around 17:00 for a feeder bus to go to the civic centre.
The bus arrived and we got on to it thinking how weird it is that the bus is actually empty for a change and that we can atleast take a seat. No this was one of the busses I'm sure they usually use as the airport shuffel because it had the high seats in the back and the seats facing eachother. We decided to go sit right at the back on the high seats. The bus driver turned onto Adderly street as per normal routine and drove towards the next bus stop, clearly not concentrating on the robots ahead and slammed on breaks. My friend went flying throuh the bus catching a pole swining herself inbetween seats and cutting and bruising her leg on the step and I stoped my fall with the pole that was infront of me but ended up with whip lash. There was another lady who was sitting in one of the seats that were facing eachother but the one facing the front and she ended up in another seat almost flying over the seats. We did complain about it but so far we havent heard anything regarding this. NOT VERY HAPPY. If I could I would rather use other means of transportation!!!
