POOR SERVICE BY RCI Manager Caribbean estate

BAD Attitude of RCI Manager at Caribbean resort
My husband son and I booked into the Caribbean estate resort via omerz agent. On our last day there we had an incident with a permanent residence where our laundry was removed from the washer and left on the floor. This permanent residence demanded to know why we locked the laundry and it became quiet ugly as she was adamant she can do as she pleases as she is a permanent renter on the property. We just followed the rules of the establishment by licking up the laundry as requested by security. The housekeeping staff informed us this particular residence always as issues with other guest on the estate..this is not the first time. We went to the office of the RCI manager on checkout 21/1/2022 @10h00.waited for him as he was not in. When he finally arrived he stood at the door and defended the actions of this residence. He was extremely biased and basically told us there is nothing he can do or will do and they are permanent renters and we are just timeshare. He proceeded to ask my husband how he lives with 'this' meaning myself. This man should never be in a managerial position. He lacks leadership and problem solving skills. He lacks Basic communication skills. They have a camera in the office so if this reaches someone in higher leadership please view the camera footage. He storms off and leaves us in the office. He proceeds to go outside and discuss this incident with another staff in the car park whilst we are still in the office with Tamron the receptionist who apologises for his behaviour. My 19 yr old son was standing alongside my car and overheard his conversation saying these people are just time share guests so I can't do anything. Permanent renters are important. If this is the thought and motivation behind RCI then beware people font purchase timeshare from them. Quinton refused to give us his surname or senior manager contact details
