Post office takes people for a ride

Post office hires people on a contracted bases that ends in 6 months, yet they never seem to give them permanent contract as they have promised. People work the for more than two years sometimes even with not contract. This is selfish as they do not lose anything, its their way of getting resources to do the job and not pay them. Yes people are looking for jobs and cannot find it easy to walk away yet this contradicts the labour law i believe. I am raising alarm so that the post office stops taking advantage of people. As we speak contract workers are working with no contracts, there is no certainty. Think about men with families but bringing R4000 home a month for two years, don't they deserve better for the service they have offered. You cannot hire new people while you stuff is filled with non permanent workers. We encourage you to that the next contracts that your employees sign be permanent.
