Change in Routes without giving notice to Passenge

Traveling & Tourism

Good Morning,
I would like to know the reason for the change in the bus route as indicated above. The bus fares increased thrice in 2012 however the service is really going backwards.
The inspectors got on the Elsies River bus to enquire whether we want the bus to leave the parade earlier and we informed him that we are happy with the current schedule. Last week commuters were informed by the inspector that the Bellville buses will no longer go down Milton Road from Monday the 4th of February 2013.
Yesterday afternoon it was chaos on the Elsies River bus as it have to carry two busload in one bus for the first trip. If you check the Bellville bus after people gets off on the last stop in Goodwood, there is about 15 people at the most that goes through to Bellville.

Why do you change a route for the comfort of 15 people and the rest must suffer. If you decide to keep the busses like it is now, then I would suggest you provide one of the extended busses for the Elsies River route and a smaller bus for the Bellville route. You can also check your sales to provide you with stats to verify that there is an increase in commuters in the area.
