Yesterday (27/01/2014) I waited in Claremont for 45 minutes from 5 o clock for the bus to arrive. This resulted in missing my second bus the last for my area. Which meant I had to take the taxi home. I spend almost R500 with Golden Arrow monthly having to buy two weekly's at a time and only once for this whole month has the bus been on time. A trip which normally should take me maximum a hour took 2 hours and 15 minutes yesterday. Being 7 months pregnant and having to squeeze into an already full bus for fear of having to wait longer for more buses is disgusting. I have decided to leave work earlier but now not only am i sacrificing my time but my company has to accommodate Golden Arrow as well and this after I pay them R500.00. Where is my customer service, when the driver instead drives past people because the bus is packed and does not take the time to apologise for any delays. This leaves a bitter taste on top of everything else! This morning's bus for this route had a few seats that couldn't be occupied because of leakage. What is this company doing with the money they receive from us??? Again DISGUSTING!!!
