Late busses- The WORST service delivery

So when fares increase you expect its all part of the greater good, unfortunately that's not the case with GA. I have recently started at a new department in Tygervalley and now take the bus from town centre to Tygervalley, It started off ok, but recently there has been a new driver who is supposed to leave Town centre at 6.40 but only gets there at 6.40 and then loads 100 people. We eventually leave town centre at 7, and I get to work at 8.30 instead as it states on GA website that I will get to work before 8 if I take that bus. I don't also understand why there is NO freeway bus straight to tygervalley and why every single bus must go through bellville station, the poor people who need to be in tygervalley have to sit for atleast 1h20min before getting to their destination, because the busses pull into bellville first and load another 30 plus people!! Is this the service one gets when a company is a monopoly? I would love to find a way to get to work on time!
