Metro busses poor service on the 18 route

I would like to lay a complain against metro buss management..the poor service that whe receive from you guys is pattetic... I waited hour and a half yesterday 11 /02/2013 for a bus to go home on the 18 route..the 4.30 buss came but it was overloaded whe could not get in the 4.45 came it was overloaded whe had to wait again..the 5h00 buss never pitch so whe had to stand another half an hour 5.30 before the 49 came..the driver tied his best to get people in is bus to get them home..I really think management should ride on these busses in peak hour and see what is happenig whe really dont have enough busses on this route..the school children is taking this busses over in peak hour and they dont care or respect the adults..I got a injury because people where pushing to get in the buss because they dont know if the next buss will arrive..please help us to make this route better..the 46 busses are frequantly there is every 15min a 46 bus why can the 18 not be same
