Shocking bad service obviously dont need business

I enquired with the abvoementioned company regarding transporting a vehicle from Dbn to Jhb, having never considered using this service before and since i was not familiar with how this service is run. On more than one accasion during correspondence i requested detailed addresses for delivering the vehicle and detailed address for where i would collect, after recieving an invoice and paying i still had not recieved an address so sent and emailing saying that if i did not recieve an address soon i would post on "hello peter"
the response was then quick and to the point: "your booking has been cancelled and you can post on Hello peter" so here i am.
With this kind of service do we really want to deal with these kind of people, especially when we are tansporting an item of value?
