I bought a ticket from the Nelspruit city 2 city office at around 9am and somehow managed to lose o misplace it whilst i was sittin waiting for the bus to arrive. N since i had just bought it and they had my details with them, i figured i could request for a copy of i and to my horror i was informed they was nothing they could do and that the only way id be able to get on that bus is if i buy another ticket and i was given no other option. And since i had to get to jhb on that day, i ended up having to borrow money so i could get another bus ticket. I was very disappointed by the level of service i recieved.
