My husband was in Nelspruit and due to circumstances had to return via a bus to JHB. He did not have his ID with him and I bought a ticket via Computicket for today. 10:50. Ref. B3WP527G. On Monday I tried phoning your call centre to get info as to how it would work if I had the ticket this side. I put the phone on loudspeaker and left it ringing... after 45 min!!! No one answered and I tried again, the same after 1/2 an hour, no answer. I even sent an email raising my concerns, until now no answer. On buying the ticket I asked the same question. They said that my husband only need to give the ref nr. I still felt unsure and scanned the ticket together with a certified copy of his ID and sent it to him to print it out. On waiting on the bus today (45 min late) he confirmed at the ticket office that he would be able to board the bus. The answer was yes! He was in front of the cue when the bus arrived. The bus driver then refused to allow him on the bus. He sent him back to the office. My husband returned with the manager to say he should allow him to go on the bus. What happened?? Now the bus was full!!! No space for my husband.
