Quick to take money, slow to refund

I flew Kulula CPT to ORT on 8 Jan. Resvtn. code LEMVBM. On 7 Jan I booked my golf clubs at an 'extra bag' cost of R245. This was debited to my visa card within seconds! The morning of my flight I changed my mind about the extra luggage and phoned Kulula. A helpful young lady cancelled the extra bag and told me that R245 would be refunded to my credit card. Nothing has happened, so I inquired by e-mail and was informed by Andile that a refund takes 6 - 8 weeks to process!!! - This has got be as dodgy a practice as one can find, or?? How can any half decent service supplier take your money - literally in seconds - but decide that it's OK to make a refund over 6 - 8 weeks? Maybe someone at Kulula can explain and try to defend this very unscrupulous and indefensible procedure. I have frequently flown Kulula over the years, but this experience is a turn off and in future it will be Mango for me - they are anyway a more punctual airline and price-wise just as good.
