I enquired about a room at Hulda's Haus in Menlo park via [URL Removed] The establishment confirmed availability at the requested premises for the requested date and quoted. I then accepted the quote and paid the full booking amount. Thereafter, the establishment advised that there was not in fact availability for the dates at the premises requested and said I would be accommodated at another location. This is unacceptable, I booked accommodation for a specific location and it is unacceptable for an establishment to think they can simply take my payment and move me wherever they see fit. I have since followed up by email and also by numerous calls to [URL Removed] Each time I am promised that they will follow up and each time I receive no such feedback and end up phoning again and having to re-explain. I have spoken to cheleen, sherry, nasi and most recently tovuyo. I am seeking a refund of the amount paid given that the terms of agreement are void given the unilateral change of a material aspect, the location, by the establishment. The lack of service recieved from [URL Removed] is preposterous, I will not recommend them to anyone at all.
