I booked a room at Nkosana Guest House for my Director and confirmed with Ariel on the 26/08/2013 that he would pay with his Credit Card on arrival. When I requested that payment be made via Credit Card prior to his arrival on the 26 August 2013 by means of a credit card authorization form completed by me he didn't understand what I meant. Today my director arrives at the guesthouse and he is told not only is payment not made but there is no rooms available. I managed to book him into alternative accommodation. I called back asking to speak to Ariel and spoke to a lady who informed that Ariel would not have made this type of arrangements. Which means not only was the booking never confirmed but now I'm a as well. To anyone reading this DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! suffice to say I never use this establishment. This was the first and definitely the last time.
