I want to complain about the poor customer service of flexiclub/holiday access. i have been sending them queries since 25/01/2013 I a Sanelisiwe Ngcobo opens my emails but does not respond to any of my queries. When I joined I was told that I could use my points to book accommodation and I was given the points guide. When i joined I was on holiday in Durban and i remember the sales lady telling me that i had spent too much and that with flexiclub i would paid a monthly amount and use my points to book accomodation. Now everytime I want to book, using my points they tell me that there is no way i could ever use my points only, there will always be a fee that i will have to pay. And guess what, it is more expensive to use your points than the bonus break specials. What then is the point of having these points, especially since I'm also going to be forfeiting them on my anniversary. I joined this club because I was given the impression that these points I was purchasing would be worth my while but as I said, nothing of that sort. I want to get out of this no benefit contract and no one seems to try to help me.
