Cityliner doesn't care for their customers

My kids were travelling from Cape Town to Johannesburg using Cityliner. They departed at 15h15 pm on the 12th July 2013 and they supposed to arrive 09h35 am on the 13th July 2013. The bus stucked in Bloemfontein around 04h00 am. They sent and old bus to fetch them 13hoo pm and they arrived 19h30 pm instead of 09h35 am. When I called the cusomer centre, I spoke to the lady by the name of Yolanda, she told me that its not their fault, its the mechanical problem, so there is nothing they can do. I went to Johannesburg station and I spoke to the supuvisers on duty by the name of Eric and Eprhaim, they were so rude to me. They didn't even apologise as management. They just told me that its not their fault and they can't perform miracles and there was no bus to fetch them on time. I paid R1000 for my kids to travel for two days, and they were not safe because the bus stucked and they were fetched by an old bus. This is not fair and I believe Greyhound is owing us a lot for this. They will loose customers because they rude and they dont care.
