Intercape in South Africa provided shocking service for city to city bus traveling. Information on tickets sold by them didnt correspond to service they offered in fact. They sold tickets with a picture of a big Intercape bus and promised that it is a transport they will provide. But instead they provided a small taxi shuttle with a different route. They work by principal "Take it or leave it".
So what you see in your ticket and what you will get is not the same.
Call centre - rude and unprofessional, including supervisor Desiree. Client Service - is absolute ignorance to clients' problems. I wonder what they need sucClient Service for. Just to put you down and spoil your mood for the rest of the day.
They sent me sms with complaint's reference number and message "A consultant will be assessing your call and will contact you"... and I was waiting for 27 days, nobody contacted me... I have to call them again just to get another dose of rudeness. I can't believe they are still on the market with this kind of attitude. Zero professionalism from call centre. Zero professionalism from Client Service. No manners. No respect to clients at all. And of course no refunds.
