Chasing after my refund

I recently booked a trip to Vic Falls (to depart 2 Feb). I asked about vaccines needed for any diseases as I won't be able to take medicine due to my pregnancy. Roxanne (Pineslopes Fourways) responded assuring me I needed no vaccines as long as I didn't cross certain borders. I then booked and paid for the trip and to my horror discovered that I needed to take precautions for malaria - this was only revealed after I had paid. I spoke to my doctor who said there are no pregnancy safe tablets I could take. My doctor gave me a note stating I can't travel to malaria areas. I then sent the doctor's note to Roxanne on 23 Jan first thing in the morning, it is now end of day 27 Jan and I have not had a straight answer (after numerous discussions) as to when I will get my money back! This trip was supposed to be my husband's birthday gift and the last getaway before the arrival of our baby. Instead what should have been excitement for the holiday has turned into a nightmare. I was willing to book an alternative holiday through them but due to the lack of urgency in resolving this issue I have decided against it. Quick to accept my money, now I have to chase after it.
