Getting the run around cancelling this membership

Since HelloPeter is the only form of language that they understand Im hoping this matter will be resolved and responded.
After carefull consideration of the terms and conditions that were not explained to me, when the consultant sold me this membership at no stage did the consultant explain that one can only use the holiday vacation after 12 months, in fact I was given the impression and was told that i could go for a holiday after 6 months of my membership being inforce. IS THIS NOT MISREPRESENTATION??? These 'so called' vouchers are not worth any use for my liking. Like any unhappy consumer, I have the right to cancell my membership because I feel im not getting what im paying for here not only that but seeing the number of people who complain about your service, i feel i need not be associated with your company.
I requested to cancel my membership last month however to my surprise the membership will only be effectively cancelled after 3months because the membership must be in force for 6 months before one can cancel (WHAT NONSENSE IS???). I for one have not even used any of your voucher to begin with. Seemingly it looks like this is how your company make. CANCEL THIS MEMBERSHIP
