I lodged two formal complaints; one via email and also telephonically through their Call Centre.
I received an email back yesterday stating "Your complaint has been forwarded to the relevant department for attention and you will receive feedback soon. Your reference number is 68559. The reference number I received from the call centre is 7200015. 24 hours has passed without getting an acknowledgement of my complaint from the department which my query was forwarded to. This is an indication that GABS doesn't care about the wellbeing of their commuters. My mother had the same problem last year and never received any joy from the bus inspectors that were supposed to assisst solve the query istead they covered up for the drivers.
This is really appaling!!!
