Very unprofessional 'NO' service

I've been booked a flight with FlyMango via the internet to fly from JHB to Cape Town and there was no problems with the booking made. When I book my flight back from Cape Town there is problems with my booking. The amount went through my account and on their side it show I've cancel the booking, after the problems from their side occurred and now I need to be punished. I'm pregnant and this is the last stress that I need right now. I don't get proper feedback, they can't confirm their turn around time on feedback if all in order for my flight and then I need to get an arrogant laughter on the other side of the telephone. I'm working in an environment where I need to give 150% Awesome service and I think this is more unprofessional to be treated like this. Lazola did help me very nice at first but now also don't get any feedback from her.

As explained, I need feedback today, 01/03/2013, before 14:00 because after this I will not be available to get confirmation of this paid flight booking on email and personally think it is unprofessional to be told (by Omnate (wrong spelling, I know) to phone back nearer to my flight, as this flight is only in more than a weeks time.
