Good Morning,

I would like to share with everyone that I have received exceptionally good service from Twanet Venter, when you speak to her you can feel the warmth and compassion she has for you over the phone. I feel that she just lays out the red carpet for me to walk on. I made a booking last week for a client who also has timeshare but has no joy in booking accommodation, I was then asked if MY consultant could help him, and Twanet sorted the client within 10 minutes. They are very happy and the news is spreading, they confirmed that they have never received service like that in all the years they have had their Timeshare. Mr and Mrs Burger was on the verge of cancellation their membership, but after Twanet assisted them are very happy to stay. Thanks
