My car was for a service last year August, I had complaints about noise on the steering wheel and front wheels, the service was done and I was advised to make a separate booking for the noise. I eventually made the booking for the noise last week Monday 14 January 2013. I received no feedback from the Service Adviser the entire day until I phoned at 16h00, he said he'll phone me back with the detail, he phoned me back shortly thereafter and explained to me that it's the vehicle's steering shaft and the electric water pump that's causing the noise and the warranty covers all the costs and I can come and collect my vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership to collect my vehicle he then only notified me that the electric water pump was replaced but that they are waiting for the parts on the steering shaft issue and it would take 3 working days for the parts to arrive, he also advised that it was part of a campaign recall, but I was never notified of this, why not?? I'm not someone who normally complains but I phoned today taking note that we are now on the 7th working day and he advised he is still waiting for the parts and will phone me back at about 13h30, I'm still waiting...
