Refusal to pay commissions owing

My son stopped working for Holiday Club in September 2013 as he had other obligations, he was told that his commissions will only be paid in 3 months which was acceptable as he was overseas. When he returned on the 7th January 2014 no salary was paid. He went into the Seapoint office spoke to the Geoff, Jeff and Louise all promises but no salary. We have sent messages via Linkedin to Louise, we have sent messages to Geoff and Jeff no response. This is not acceptable they owe him a salary how can they withhold this?
