Unpaid Salary

I was promised a basic guaranteed salary of R4500 for three months, and no negotiations were made that the salary will not be R4500 as i signed the contract which was not given back to me, i had to wait 6 weeks for my first salary (December2012) and the amount was R 3539.32 that was paid, i was missing a R697.40.After working 2 weeks in january and got paid R516.07 i have called HR Department spoke to a lady called Tisha (0219417911) and the payroll department (Denise de Wet 011 6791571) and no one can give me a proper explanation, i spoke to the regional manager Adrian Jonkers (0718425474) and he could also not assist me with my querie, as promised by HR Tisha money will be paid to my account today 08/02/2013 and nothing has been paid to my account as yet.
