Issue with Payment Reversal

On 12 August 2013 at 13h00 I was at Shelf Company Warehouse to enquire about Vat Registration. LOUISE attended me and I informed her that my company, Tiestalinx (shelf company bought April 2013) will start operating on April 2014. LOUISE told me it is necessary to register vat now and demanded that I pay R4104 at the counter, which I paid by my cheque card. When back in the office I decided not to go ahead and I sent LOUISE an email at 15h44 same day not to go ahead and requested her to reverse the payment. I further called and was given tax invoice number 159399 for payment made. LOUISE sent me an email telling me that her Auditors, CAMIRA are not in office will sort it out following day. I called her again following day and LOUISE told me that they might not pay and I must not come to their office as she can do nothing. Until today I have not received my money back, Shelf Company Warehouse has not reversed the payment of R4104 to my account, please advise.
