My name is Mrs Feris I did a booking with the holiday club 2 weeks ago, I spoke to Denise who informed me that she will do the booking and call me back on Monday 14 January 2013 I called her and the booking was not done neither did she follow up on the booking or called me back. Today I called again just to be confronted by a Susan who claims that she is the manager and she told me that they do not do bookings I must call another number, I told her that I call from Namibia and I cannot hold on that long because no one on that number answer the phone, she was also very rude, as a loyal customer is this the kind of service you can expect from The Holiday Club??? This is so unprofessional and disgusting I will never ever refer someone to your club... anyway the staff of holiday club must realize their salary comes from the client and if all their clients cancel their contracts because of the service they receive how will they get paid??? I request for an immediate rectification and apology if not I will cancel my contract and I want a refund... I will also go to every newspaper to report the above...
