I did an upgrade on the 8/01/2013 and it was approved by Lebogang who works at upgrades department and the guy who delivered the phone did not accept my copy of my passport yet it was certified and i even showed him the original passport (the reason he refused to accept it, he said the photo on the passport is not clear. Then i have questions for u mtn does it mean that the commissioner of oaths are certifying fake documents, do you still want foreign nationals to apply for contracts or you no longer need us. currently i have three contracts with mtn i have never had any problems but this i cant take.i cancelled to upgrade out of disappointment of the service and im thinking of canceling the rest of my contracts. Lebogang told me to cancel the contract as they will not accept the copy of my passport.
