I recently opened a new account at FNB and CDC Couriers have been tasked to deliver my card for activation! At first the card was going to be delivered on the 2/9/13. This was acceptable. The 2nd came and went. I was call and told that the card would be delivered on the 3rd. A the call centre put me through to the driver in order to give him directions. I was promised the card would be there that day. This clearly didn't happen. Since then I have been told every day by CDC that I'll get my card that day! I have since spoken to another 2 drivers and given them directions too! All to no avail. Today (10/09/2013), I was called and told I'll get my card today. Well this pushed me off the edge and I gave this call centre guy a bollocking and told him I am not interested in the delivery and I put the phone down. 5 minutes after the call I received an SMS stating that CDC has been unable to contact me and should I not contact them in the next 5 days or the delivery will be destructed. These incompetent ARE NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY!!! PLEASE HELP
